MFL Bake-off Competition in celebration of European Day of Languages

On the 23rd September we held our annual MFL bake off to celebrate European Day of Languages. Every year we are bowled over by the number, quality and creativity of the bakes. With over 55 bakes from all year groups, our judges Mr Goodall, Dr Parsons, Mrs Hopper and Mrs Woodgate had a very tough time choosing the winners! The bake sale at lunch proved to be as popular as ever and raised £264 which will be going to Translators without borders and The Bell Foundation.

  3. Piper Seddon with her “cheese board” made from various baked goods

Best Taste:

  1. Owen Martin with his Apfelkuchen

  2. Aurora Taylor with her Louise cake from New Zealand 

  3. Henley Baker with his German flag themed stollen bites

Best Appearance:
